Latest News about Petrol Prices September 2023:

The caretaker government increased the price of petrol by more than Rs 26 per litre.

According to the notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, the prices of petroleum products have been increased for the next fifteen days. Which will be applicable from 12 pm to 30 September.

According to the notification, the price of petrol per liter has been increased by Rs 26 two paise, while the price of high speed diesel has been increased by Rs 17.34.
After the recent increase, the price of petrol per liter has gone up to Rs 331 38 paise while the price of diesel has reached Rs 329 18 paise per litre. On the other hand, there was no change in the prices of light diesel and kerosene.

It should be noted that petrol has become expensive by 58 rupees 43 paise and high speed diesel by 55 rupees 78 paisa in one month of caretaker government.

Prices of kerosene and light diesel remain unchanged

Ishaq Dar said that the prices of light diesel and kerosene will remain unchanged. The finance minister further said that the value of Pakistani rupee has improved after receiving money from IMF loan, Saudi Arabia and UAE.

Construction materials like Cement, Steel bar, etc also increase with the hike in petroleum prices.
