Latest News about Petroleum Prices June-2023:

The government has announced a reduction in the price of petrol by Rs 8 per liter for the next fortnight. Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said in a press conference that there has been no change in the price of petrol at the global level and neither has the value of the rupee improved, but efforts have been made to give relief to the people.

He said that the price of diesel has been reduced by PKR 5, petrol by PKR 8 per liter and the price of light diesel by Rs.5 per liter while the price of kerosene has not been changed. After the recent reduction, diesel will be reduced by PKR 5 to PKR 253, petrol price will be PKR 262 per litre, light diesel price will remain at PKR 147.68 paise and kerosene will remain at PKR 164.07.

The new prices will be applicable from 12:00 pm on June 1 to 12:00 pm on June 15.
