Construction Labour rate in Pakistan:
After you have calculated the material cost now its time to calculate the labour cost. Labour is charged in Pakistan as per square feet of covered area. Current rate of labour rate is Rs. 25o to 380 per square feet of covered area. This rate will depend on the construction area and design. labour rates are high in big cities while it may be lower in small cities of Pakistan.

You have mentioned material rates in Pakistan. Labour rate ,it seems Lahore labour rate, not karachi. I want to construct a house in DHA city karachi. Covered area is 6200 SQ ft. Ground plus one. What will be the latest SQ ft rates. Kindly quote per SQ ft rate A one construction.
