Construction Labour rate in Pakistan:

Current rate of labour rate is Rs. 25o to 380 per square feet of covered area. This rate will depend on the construction area and design. labour rates are high in big cities while it may be lower in small cities of Pakistan.

You have mentioned material rates in Pakistan. Labour rate ,it seems Lahore labour rate, not karachi. I want to construct a house in DHA city karachi. Covered area is 6200 SQ ft. Ground plus one. What will be the latest SQ ft rates. Kindly quote per SQ ft rate A one construction.
